A Skill Path is a curated workforce career development program—a structured sequence of related courses designed to build capability in a specific skill area.
How long does a Skill Path take to complete?
Completion time depends on the number of courses in the path. Using EST planning assumptions of about 75 minutes per course and four learning hours per week, most paths can be completed over several focused weeks.
Do I have to complete every course in order?
Following the recommended sequence creates the most structured experience, but learners may be able to move through available courses based on their goals and access permissions.
Will I earn certificates while completing a Skill Path?
Learners can earn certificates for eligible completed courses. The specific certificates available will be shown within the learning experience.
How do I know which Skill Path is right for me?
